For those Guests looking for a Premium Service, we have created CONCIERGE.
This feature offers Guests the possiblity to contact in real time with dedicated Resort Staff, both through Email or Real Time Chat.
Moreover, Resorts can activate a Staff Ranking, allowing Guests vote their favourite employee.
NIGHT EVENTS
In case your Resort celebrates special events ( Parties, Night Shows ), this section will offer full information of the event as well as pictures and most important, full lenght videos. As the rest of the App, guests will be able to share on facebook their favourite shows with a slngle click.
If paid tickets are required to enter the events, we can provide the Mobile Ticket Sale included on the App.
PREMIUM LEVEL

A premium feature to offer to your congresses organizers and guests, is the Congresses MINI APP.
It takes only 15 minutes to fill every detail of a congress ( Speakers, Brands, Companies, Timetable, etc.. ) on our platform.
Once the info is filled, just send a textcode to the organizer allowing anyone with the App installed to check all the Event details as if it was a Taylor Made App.
WEDDINGS
Since Weddings have become an important revenue stream for Resorts, we offer a premium service to be included on Weddings Packages.
With Weddings, Resorts can add all the relevant Wedding info ( Bride and Groom pics and biography, Activity schedule and description, useful information for guests ) on the Web Manager and let guests access them with a text code.
Wether guests are coming with family or friends, this feature is as useful as visual.
Thanks to geolocation and the interactive map, users can create private groups and see each other position at any time.
Once a group is created, guests only need to insert a code on their Apps and it starts working seamlessly.
Off/Online Mode
Our Apps are ready to be used with no connection or in low coverage areas and can seamlessly update their content and services when online.
Weather
Thanks to the Google Weather API we can offer a weekly forecast for your Hotel´s destination to be shown on the Front of the Apps.
